I'm Dupe Witherick
Hi, I'm Dupe, a double accredited Executive Wellbeing & Transformational Coach specialising in the Alcohol Free Lifestyle. I'm an Author, Podcast Host and a former grey area drinker.
I spent many years drinking, as that’s what society, the corporate world and mummy wine culture had told me was normal.
During these years, drinking helped me to fit in, made me feel confident, helped me network, allowed me to be the life and soul of the party and helped me escape feelings and situations, I didn't want to face. Or so I thought...
I realised I was no longer enjoying drinking and got to the point where I knew deep down that ditching drinking could help me. I was also aware of an internal nudge saying there was more to life and to discover what this is, I should ditch the booze.
After 20+ years of drinking, I decided to take a 21 day break from alcohol. When I made this choice, I never intended to stop drinking for good but so many things happened along the way that made me realise, life was much better without it.
This is why I want you to know taking a short break won't cut it, as you will never experience the wonderful things life has waiting for you.
To inspire you, I want to share a few things that have happened since I stopped drinking four years ago but these are highlights and I want you to know you will achieve even more:

In month two of ditching drinking, I got through my first alcohol free Christmas, which I never thought was possible or required!

I was headhunted for my dream job, at the time, within three months of ditching drinking and my salary more than doubled

I took a leap of faith, made the time and investment and was brave enough to study again and qualify as a Transformational Coach

I read more books in the first year of ditching drinking than I had in the previous 10 years and completed a number of personal development courses

I was diagnosed with a rare, potentially chronic illness, which went on for months but I was able to cope well, stay positive and defy the odds

I ran my first 10K within 6 months of ditching drinking, having not run since school and have since completed not one but two marathons!
I now empower female leaders to make alcohol insignificant and reach their full potential. I combine over 20 years of executive corporate experience, working with global organisations, with my expertise in Transformational and Wellbeing Coaching, specialising in the alcohol free lifestyle.

I Bet It's One Of These...
What if I don't want to be alcohol free forever, will this program still be helpful?
Absolutely! You do not have to commit to forever but you will be able to make an informed decision on whether taking a break from alcohol is worthwhile for you. Ditching alcohol is only one part of the course and you will learn essential tools that will help you generally in life, such as how to manage emotions, develop habits, find passions and hobbies, set goals and discover self-care.
I'm not happy with my relationship with alcohol but I certainly don't have a serious issue, is this course for me?
This is a very common question that many people ask. There is a term, grey area drinkers, which is anyone who is not teetotal or has not hit rock bottom, so everyone in between. It is a spectrum and you could be drinking very little but still feel alcohol is holding you back in some way.
So, the question to ask is, "would my life be better emotionally and physically without alcohol?" If the answer is yes, then certainly this course is for you to at least explore if you'd like to make a change.
I don't think I have the time?
We all MAKE time for the things that are important to us. If THIS is important, you will make the time for this too. The real question is: is this important for you?
Also, have you considered how much longer it will take you to do this on your own? Will you keep trying to stop drinking and get to 5 or 7 days and then go back to old habits, as you don’t have the tools and resources to help you change.
All coaching calls will be recorded and you will also have lifetime access to these, so if you can’t make a call then you have the opportunity to catch up.
I have a big event coming up, so is now the right time?
There will never be a right time to ditch drinking, you will always have something coming up. So, if you are finding yourself questioning your relationship with alcohol or know you want to take a break then TODAY is the day. Why wait?
I can't afford it.
Alcohol is an addictive substance, so the likelihood is if you are on this page, you will likely continue to get more addicted, and go down the slippery slope. What would this lead to? When you compare the investment of this program to going to a rehab centre, it is at least 20 times less! Ask yourself the question “Can I afford not to do this?” or “Where will I be in five years, if I decide not to do this?” and “Where will I be in five years, if I decide TO do this?”
Based on your answers, think about whether “I can’t afford it”, is actually true? A better question may be, “How can I afford to do this?” Then see what comes to mind.
