This is a great way to start on your coaching journey and get results fast, as we deep dive in two 75 minute sessions. There are two 'Activate' Packages available:

  • 'Ditch Drinking' Package

  • 'Thrive' Package

If you are a female leader looking to break free from the habit of drinking, the ‘Ditch Drinking’ Package is for you.

 

If you are a female leader looking to thrive in life, the ‘Thrive’ Package is for you.

 

In the intensive focus session of the ‘Thrive’ Package we can cover anything you want to being. Some examples of topics you may want to be coached on include:

 

  • A Career Move

  • Navigating Relationships

  • A Goal You Are Looking To Achieve

  • Work/Life Balance

  • A Habit You’d Like To Form Or Break

  • Something You Are Procrastinating About

  • Improving Your Wellbeing

This is the lowest investment for 1-1 coaching that I offer, as I want to make it accessible to as many of you as possible. I know these sessions will help you elevate your life, provide clarity and give you next steps to take.

 

These sessions are held online via zoom, and we find a mutual time that suits to hold them, wherever you are in the world.

1-1 Coaching Packages are tailor made and utilise Dupe's signature THRIVE AF Method. They tend to be 3 month or 6 month packages.

 

Dupe integrates mindset shifts, behaviour work, powerful questioning, guiding you to manage stress, set meaningful goals, plus gain clarity, energy, passion, and purpose. She also integrates EFT, breathwork, and Human Design to foster resilience, emotional intelligence, and lasting change.

 

Her coaching is rooted in empathy and compassion, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can transform personally and professionally.
